59. An office clerk governed by the collective labour agreement for public servants is authorized to sign the documents required for the purposes of section 13 of the Family Orders and Agreements Enforcement Assistance Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. 4 (2nd Suppl.)).
A facsimile of the signature of a holder of the position referred to in the first paragraph may be affixed to the documents required for the purposes of the provision referred to in the first paragraph.
